On the occasion of its 20th edition, the Challenge Aramis is reconnecting with a key moment that has shaped its history.

 

A shared moment of conviviality,
designed as a natural extension of the competition.

A heritage rooted in the origins of the Challenge

 

During the very first editions of the Challenge Aramis, held at the Racing Club de France, a convivial gathering already brought together fencers, coaches and accompanying persons.

This highly appreciated moment allowed for simple and direct exchanges between members of the fencing community coming from very diverse backgrounds.

 

Many participants still remember it as a moment of true communion, rare in youth competitions, where discussions off the piste mattered just as much as the results.

A return to Lyon for the 20th edition

 

As part of this anniversary edition, this moment of sharing returns to Lyon, in the form of a buffet dinner organised on Saturday evening, right in the heart of the competition venue.

 

Conceived in a spirit of simplicity and conviviality, this moment is open to:

• fencers,

• coaches and fencing masters,

• accompanying persons,

• referees and event officials.

It fully reflects the philosophy of the Challenge Aramis:
